With the recent introduction of tools such as CRISPR making the development of genetically modified zebrafish more practical, genotyping of zebrafish adults and embryos is becoming increasingly important in order to ensure standardization and reliable, repeatable study results.
GenoTyping Center of America provides rapid, high-throughput zebrafish genotyping, zygosity testing, and point mutation genotyping for adult fish and embryos. Simply submit fin clips or extracted/purified DNA at room temperature (or on ice if already frozen) and we will provide validated results within 2-3 business days.
